Guest Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 Greetings everyone. I have installed 'Fedex Real Time Quotes' and I am getting proper quotes for most items. However, if an item is a 'Special', it comes back 'No Rates Returned', and I can't figure out why. This may not be a problem with the contribution, but somewhere else in the store - I just don't understand how it works well enough to figure it out. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on where to look for the problem? Thanks! Donna Quote
Guest Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Turns out it wasn't any 'Special' item - it was one particular item. I deleted the item, then re-entered it, and the problem is gone. No idea what caused the problem but as long as it's gone, I'm good :P Quote
