Hello,

Okay, I have been rather irritated by the fact there isn;'t anything to intergrate these 2. However, I came up with a temporary solution. I just saved the website content, and added script up until the main contents of the page to the top of the Coppermine gallery template page. Here is what I got:

www.insectstore.com/gallery

I think it looks okay for a temporary placement. Although, the infoboxes will not remain live, so will needed to be altered in the actual coppermine template page. The coppermine style slightly overides the oscommerce style, but I am not to worried about that.

This probably doesn't make a lot of sense, but anyway, hope you get the right idea.

Hi Ian

I gave up on doing this i don't have enough know how. Though you site looks good. Are you aware of CMS setups. I am running a standard CPG setup with a plugin shopping cart, though its not a fully function shopping cart like osc.

Question. Do users have to login through CPG to add things to your oscommerce cart. I keen to know how you did this can u expand on it.

Here is my site if u want a look pcp20us.pc.funpic.org ( free hosting so there r pop ups)

I wish someone would right a plugin for CPG to work wih a shopping cart. I would if i know how !!

Hi Pete,

CMS setups? Haven't come across those before...

The gallery database is in no way linked the the coppermine database...the oscommerce content you can see it literally some HTML in the template file. So, if you were to login to the cart, you could then separately login to the gallery as well.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

Ian

One this I would like soem help with is the CSS. For some reason, the links around the oscommerce based part of the page are appearing in blue, as opposed to black. I have defined them to be black in the CSS, but still hasn't made a differece?
