Need Help with this error!!!!!!

Ever since I have installed my new SSL certificate I have been having nothing but problems.Now I can not access my store at www.dndent.com/index.php everthing is all messed up this is the error I keep getting.

 

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'pd1pd2_osc1'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/pd1pd2/public_html/includes/functions/database.php on line 19

Unable to connect to database server!

 

Can anyone Please!!!! help me locate this file? also I will post my configure.php files for someones review maybe a SSL Expert can tell me what I am doing wrong.Thanks for all your help in advance.
