Help with changing specials

I have about 200 products on my specsials that I currently have at 5% discount. I would like to change all of them to 10% discount. Is there a quicker way of doing this rather tha going though all 200 and changing the discount to 10%.

I have access to myphp admin but my knowlegde of sql queries is limited.

An idea would be to install the discount/coupon codes and display the code on the index file so when people vist they are able to get the code? Other than that I am not sure
