EthosPaul Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 Do a MYSQL export of the data, save it as a file and then open and edit it with excel, word, etc. Depending on the size of your dbase, it could be a pretty large file though. What are you trying to do with the file, backup or review or...? Paul ------------

EthosPaul Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 perhaps this will give you some starting points: http://www.databasejournal.com/sqletc/article.php/3095621 I checked the contributions and didn't find anything specific to access, if someone knows of something... Found one pretty dated contribution: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...access+database If I was charged with doing it, I would probably download the mysql database (need access to phpmyadmin), and see if I can import it into access or convert, etc. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out. Searched the forums: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?act...access+database Paul ------------
