We are having the same problem on our site, our site's "Contact Us" has 3 sections: Name, Email Address, Comments and when the message gets sent to us, we only receive the "Comments" section so we don't know who these emails are coming from and can't respond to them. Has anyone figured this out yet???
maz Posted March 20, 2006 Author Posted March 20, 2006 Seems to be a major problem inherent in every ContactUs form out there. Surprised no-one has picked up on this. Even more surprised no-one has a solution for this. I tried for a couple of days with all three or four contributions (enhanced contact forms, wholesalers form, etc) and EVERY SINGLE ONE has the same problem. You just can't get the senders details in the body of the text. Surely there a simple solution to this. Please can someone help.
