Forbidden Warning ?

Hi

 

Im installing a new site and when i try too create an account im getting this warning

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /login.php on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

Could anyone pls help ?
