Hi Group,

My customer just went live. He said that if a customer is in Scotland, he wants to charge ?75 on top of the order value, or ?40 extra if they are in Wales.

All deliveries to England are set up as free shipping.

Any ideas ? I have wracked my brains to think about a workaround and using zones, but drew a blank. I also had a look through the contributions and don't seem to be able to find anything.

Any feedback appreciated. :o

Many thanks,

Paul

one way to get around it is to create separate shipping modules. One for scotland another for whales and one for england. Then setup the shipping zone for each module to the equivalent state. So when a customer goes through the checkout the associated shipping module will appear. He will not have another option to select from.

And of course setup the various fees for each zone.

Hey Enigma,

Many thanks for replying. I'll try and work it this way. Might be back if I've got any questions, but thanks very much, you're a lifesaver. :-)

Best Regards,

Paul
