JemCraft Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 I have the problem that people who do not create a paypal account are not being returned to my site, as they are not clicking on the 'return to merchant' button, once they have made their payment. I e-mailed Paypal to find out if it was possible to change the wording on the button to read 'Confirm Order' or 'Complete Order' so that it was more likely that the customer would click the button and the response I received was: You can change the wording on the button by using the cbt variable:<input type="hidden" name="cbt" value="your text here"> Does this mean anything to anyone??? If so, please could you tell my how to make the necessary change? Thanks You Jemma

In fact on the paypal website it says the following: Note: If you have enabled Auto Return and have chosen to turn on PayPal Account Optional for new users, a new user will not be automatically directed back to your website, but will be given the option to return. Hence the problem.
