Will this theme work with ms2?

Hello,

 

I'm a newbie at OSC and have found myself overloaded with trying to understand the template system that is somehow working for this script. I went out and found the template that I need, but I have no idea what the version running is. If it is an older version, can I upgrade to the newest?
