The Terra weight is set to 1 Weight increment by 5% Enable UPS Shipping True UPS Pickup Method CC UPS Packaging? CP Residential Delivery? RES Handling Fee 0 Tax Class --none-- Shipping Zone --none-- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am comparing the shipping rates charged on our website for Nicholas Daniello against what we actually paid with UPS. The total weight charged by UPS was 21 pounds and the total weight showing on our website is 22.6 so this seems in line. Our settings seem to be working. The total amount charged to Mr. Daniello by our website was $19.68. The total amount actually charged by UPS to us was $25.15 which included a fuel surcharge of $0.79. The total difference is $5.47 that we had to eat. Why would this happen????

If it's different then look at the details and you'll probably find a rural area surcharge. We just found a RAS of $2.15 difference. Not sure there is a workaround for this. We just bumped the handling up a dollar and figure we'll make the RAS back on orders shipped and charge a buck for handling to offset when UPS hits us with RAS. Because the module API's to UPS there really isn't any excuse for UPS not returning the RAS but I know they don't (at least with the module we're using).
