Guest Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 I'm creating a clothing store; naturally I will need to track the inventory of my clothing with the ability to have an inventory for each available size and color. I have used master products in the past, it worked great but that was a few years ago and I?m curious what is better and most compatible. ultimately I would love the ability to update my inventory easily using easypopulate, does anyone know if either of these contribution are compatible with easypopoulate? Thanks! Quote

trogette Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 Anyone have any feedback on these two? I'm currently working on setting both up together, I have some products that are of the '3 red size 10 tshirts, 4 blue size 12 tshirts' type and some that are one-off versions of the same product, but I don't want duplicates in the product listing. I'm also looking at developing (or rather, getting someone else to develop, unless I get really bored while my foot's broken!) a status-switch for when a product goes out of stock that can be set at different levels, individual product, category/subcategory or global. Some of my products I want to allow checkout when they're out of stock, and some I don't, and the only way I can see of doing that is by switching the status off. I have easypopulate in place, no idea how they'll go together! Quote
