Guest Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 I'll start with the Admin Center In "My Store" some values appear 3 times, such as Zone, Switch to Default Currency, Extra order e-mails to, Search-Engine Safe URLs, Display Cart, Tell A Friend, Default Search Operator, Address and Phone, Catagory Counts, Tax Decimal Places, Display Prices w/Tax. This affects the entire admin center. On the main site, people are being asked for a "Suburb", which they shouldn't be asked for. It also wants their Post Code (should be postal code) before city, not after Province. I also do not require their DOB or Gender.

To edit the customer details, go to configuration/customer details in your admin, set to false the ones that you don't want/need. sorry, can't help with anything else. Guest Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 postal code displays properly, item cost is calculated properly, amounts do transmit, but amounts dont show in shopping cart, shipping cost box, or on item pages. Also, shipping cost doesn't appear on order confirmation. Certapay and Cheque/Money Order: Work, but buyer doesn't know amount PayPal: Amount transmits properly Pay-COD.com: few dollars extra appear on PayCOD site.
Guest Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 got item pricing to appear on site, in checkout, and be transmitted. Canada Post also works. Problem: PayPal does not process tax. EDIT: PayPal processes tax properly! Problem: Only GST is being charged, not PST and GST.
Guest Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 another problem: I thought only GST was being charged, but GST and PST are - but they are being added together and appear as 7% GST instead of 7% GST $1.40 8% PST $1.60.
