cr41g
Hi, I have just added this contrib to my site and all seems to work ok. No errors and the XML files are created, however in the sitemapindex.xml there are no URLs listed other than the the 3 sitemaps themselves. Is this correct? The other two are listing the categories and products respectively as they are supposed to. Cheers, Craig
jester420247sl
I just installed and ran the Google XML Sitemap Admin via the admin panel. I saw a blank screen popup. Is that all their is to it? Where does the sitemap get created to? I would like to be able to take a peek at the xml that was created before I actually try submitting it to google. Do I need to add some xml files? I think I may be missing those. I used the "Google XML Sitemap - Admin 2.2 + Better README" install, does that have all the needed files? The only way to get it back is to run the SQL comment again. The Admin link will reappear but show a duplicate of everything. alman
Has anyone had a issue where sitemapproducts.xml shows each product 8 times I am not sure if this is a problem but will make the file huge when I go live 8,000 products or so, any feed back would be apreciated can't seem to find anything that would be causing it code seems fine using seo urls if that could be making a difference Thanks in advance Al

Waffa
Okey after messing around days i feel im still not no where - actually i feel i'm worst off then before i have installed first the Sitemap SEO V 1.5 (where i did not see any change on traffic or anything after a week of install.. but i guess i must wait more a bit). Now i just discovered that it is not actually working after installing Google XML addon (is there any Google XML files that might overwrite the Sitemap SEO files?). So anyway i wanted to submit real XML site-map and i installed "Google XML Sitemap - Admin 2.2" everything seems to work (no errors) but when i try to submit it to google - google does not accept it (http://funbox.ee/OSc/ror.xml ). Any idea why? When i look it in Opera it just shows my website name's inside the file and nothing more - what might be wrong? Quote It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice! KPR-ITSolutions
Hi, I have installed this contribution out of the box on one of my sites, and on my other site with a different hosting company, it is not working. I get the database error, so i use the updated sitemap.index.php file, which solves that problem, but then it does not create my sitemaps, although Ive set the write permissions. Anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks Look Solution Here .... http://addons.oscommerce.com/profile/129035 = Google XML Sitemap - Admin 2.2 PL (Bug Fix) => KPR-ITSolutions
