This is what I get. What am I doing wrong please. I don't charge tax and I thought I had it all set right. Thanks Toni

 

Table Rate (Best Way): $23.45

Sub-Total: $157.92

Total: $192.42

 

157.92 + 23.45 is only 181.37 not 192.42

i'm in canada and use the cart... all calculates correctly.

 

check (in admin panel)

Modules -> Order Total

 

and check the arrangements of charges. (subtotal should always be first: 1) and so on..

 

do you have a low order fee set or installed?

 

anything with a number will calculate the order total and some modules can be hidden and still calculate. make sure you're only using the modules you need (uninstall anything else)

ok the only things I have is

1-Sub-Total: $10.73

2-Table Rate (Best Way): $17.62

3-Total: $29.10

 

But this is still coming up wrong. When I remove the shipping the subtotal is wrong. It shows like this

 

 

1-Sub-Total: $10.73

2-Total: $11.93

 

I really need to get my website fixed and going. Any other suggestions please. Thanks Toni
