zalik22 Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Hi, My order process and status change emails are going directly to the "spam" folder in gmail. Is there a way I can fix this? I searched the forum but I could not find anything on this (at least a solution). Thanks!
Avec Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 I have had all of my test emails go to my Gmail account, and they have gone through fine. I don't thing it is the shop itself. It is either the filters set up specifically in gmail, or something customized in the email sent out that puts it in the spam folder.

The only things I have changed are I added the site logo and I greeted the customer in the beginning of the email. Anybody know how to fix this?
zalik22 Posted April 5, 2006 Author Posted April 5, 2006 Hi, I added my site logo to all outgoing emails and now I get a "dangerous content?" leading my subject line when a PayPal confirmation "notification of payment received" email is sent. Is there a way I can find out what is the "dangerous" content? Thanks in advance.
