Have a look at this file...

http://www.onlyfantasy.com/spare/Stock_List.csv (suggest you use excel)

It contains all the products my shop should have, thus its what i want to use to ensure that my shops inventory matches that of my supplier. Since the file above is from the supplier

The shop by the way is here.... www.onlyfantasy.com (bought from someone earlier this year)

What i want to do is/what someone will do for me if i can't do it

1) Delete all existing products from the system both from oscommerce and from the mysql database

2) Make modifications to oscommerce and mysql table such that it allows for large medium and small images, currently the images are all the same size i.e. when displayed on the homepage or in category listing, when displayed on product listing, EVEN when you press to make bigger the image is still the same size.

3) Import all the data in the csv file above back into my store such that all the products are listed successfully and display the different image sizes i want.

4) This should all then update in the mysql tables and everything should be fine.

Problems i need help with

1) I've no idea how to wipe the oscommerce store and the mysql database of products?

2) What modifications would i need in oscommerce in order for it to display the small image in the category listings a medium image in the product listings and the larger image when the user requests this.

3) If i were to import the products back into oscommerce from the csv file above how could i ensure that oscommerce refreshes itself, also how can i ensure that oscommerce understands the category listings? such that for example "Products > PVC > Female Bustiers" appears on my shop as subcategories etc.

4) I don't think that the tables were properly set up in the first place and also i will definately require more contributions in order to get this to work but maybe i can get away without them for the time being.

Things i'm starting to look into

1) Excel Upload 1.5 Contribution

2) Products & Attributes Contribution

3) 6 Images Contribution

4) Freelance help to do the entire project (I fear that the price will be too excessive here though)

If anyone can give me help, comment on a stage, then please do i basically need to solve the problems listed above I am willing to give someone access to the ftp area and the administration section of oscommerce if they require it to look at the makeup of the site. By the way the site runs on a cpanel server so thats very helpful in my opinion.

I plan to have all the above done asap. (as if i wasn't asking the earth already)

Site www.onlyfantasy.com (warning it is an adult store)

Another General Problem i'm having is with the shopping cart wiping itself au

tomatically, i have SEO URLS installed however i have disabled it in the administrator section. Can someone please guide me as to why whenever i click on the categories to the left on my site, the shopping cart is empty. I originally thought this was because it was loading static html pages, however after disabling seo urls it is loading php pages but still giving the same problems?

In with this problem could be the problem that after under "DVD and Video" there should be a subcategory named "Adult Educational DVDS" HOWEVER this isn't being displayed, indeed the only way currently to display this product is from the homepage using the "s*x outdoors" link which the breadcrumb trail shows as being in the correct place i.e. Top ? Catalog ? Video & DVD ? Adult Educational DVDs ? 240050 which i find very strange?

Other things that could be effecting it are that the site uses the single template contribution?

A better description of the problem is available here.. Screen Shot of Problem

Can anyone help me with this? obviously i can give people server access if they need to have a better look.

Thanks in advance

How would I Remove duplicate listings in my store, someone has uploaded products to the site but has actually created problems with the listings, namely in some situations there are about 3 products that are duplicated. Is there a fast way to remove duplicate items, i.e. tell mysql to delete duplicate product names in the database?

Read all 3 pages, though page 3 is the most relevant to your situation
