Inconsistency in Conditions of Use box

I've noticed an inconsistency in the Conditions of Use box compared to the other boxes (like Shipping & Returns and Privacy Notice) and it would be very easy to correct if I could find what is generating the HTML.

Has anyone else noticed it?

In short, the defined text of the Conditions of Use box is written into a TD.

In all the other boxes it is written into a TABLE and then a TD.

This causes the browser to align the Conditions of Use box differently than the others, creating a slight movement in the display when the user changes pages.

Can anyone tell me where to find the code that generates the HTML for the Conditions of Use box and say, the Shipping & Returns box? Then I could compare them and make the Conditions of Use box consistent with the others.

thanks for any suggestions.

Hmmmm....

This must be a realy obvious question. As you can see I'm a newbie...

Still can't seem to find what generates the html for a box like the Conditions of Use. Where the content comes from is easy to find. Where the HTML structure comes from is not as easy for me...
