Unable to connect Mysql remotely. Please help

Hi,

I'm trying to use a program called MySQL Front a remote db tool to connect Mysql server. It keeps on telling me I have entered the wrong user name or pw. In fact, I'm very sure I type it correctly. This is happening on all my 5 web accounts in the same web server. And on my another web server I can use the Mysql Front smoothly. Does it mean I need to setup something on the server in order to connect Mysql remotely?
