Found this OSC website recently (purely be accident) and have made the mistake of showing it to someone else ... thay now want the 'window.status' featue this one has whereby the status bar in the browser shows the current shopping cart contents.

There maybe others but I didn't search any farther once I found that one.

 

On a personal note:

PLEASE do not inflict this on your customers. Anything that hijacks my browser really gets under my skin when visiting a site. This is one of the two things that will instantly make me close the browser and leave the site without further thought. The other runner up on the most annoying list is blinking or scrolling effects.

 

I'm not trying to be rude please don't think that. But have a look around the board and see just how many others have made that same comment about the cart in status bar.

That is correct it is ADD CART DETAILS TO STATUS BAR contribution. Very easy install too.
