Dear All.

I have run into a problem and it has foxed the hell out of me. I have two identicle (but separate) stores under their own domains on a Zeus Server.

Both stores have been operational for some time and work fine until two weeks ago. It would appear the Contact Us page has decided not to work anymore. I Have made no changes to the sites except up the available Bandwidth for both.

When you go into Contact Us the contact_us.php will appear fine. When you complete the form and send you will get a "Not authorised" message.

Sendmail works from the Admin side.

Permissions are correct (have altered to 777 for sake of testing to no avail)

Changed the contact us page to Enhanced Contact Us contrib still not working.

Only suspected problem is SID will appear in the URL.

Would be very grateful for any ideas. Have asked ISP if any changes have been made they state no.

Regards to you all

Looks like it is being restricted by your host, as that is one of their error messages, and not OSCommerce. Probably an anti-spam over-reaction on their part. I would contact their help desk to see what they say.

Almost certainly what happened. HOWEVER, contact_us spam has been occuring at sites WITH the Milestone 3 patch, including mine, so I wouldn't necessarily call it an 'over-reaction'. See the later items in the thread on new spams http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=198530.

You are lifesavers!!!

I have been having arguments with the ISP and they were insisting it was the system (that follows if i had changed something!).

Have asked ISP to look at any sandboxing that may have come into place. What I have not told them is the fact that I have changed the Contact_Us filenames on one of the sites (as per the suggested link above) and indeed this site now functions fine. Lets see if they listen to there customers!

Once again many thanks for your help.

Regards

Andy
