Help with search error after Product Extra Field intallation

Hello,

 

I did a brand new install of the contribution Product Extra Field. The thing works great, except that I get an error when I try to search (simple or advance it doesn't matter.

 

Here's the error message:

 

1066 - Not unique table/alias: 'pd'

[TEP STOP]

 

"slap" is my search term.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
