laurad Posted March 8, 2006 Posted March 8, 2006 Hello all, Let me first say that in setting up my web store I have found these forums a constant source of brilliant advice. Every single problem (no matter how small) has been remedied by just searching through these pages and reading...trying...rereading...retrying... :D Until now. :'( As hinted at, I've had my share of problems, but gradually I've managed to get the full store up and running, and when testing with payment system 'Cheque' it works just the way I want it to - payment - success - download product. I have configured Worldpay on a previous store (on a different server), and so I understand how it works and what telltale signs and problems to look out for - but this one really has me confused. The problem: Worldpay (1.8) is chosen by my customer and they go to the payment screen. They enter their info (test visa card details) and it processes. They receive an email confirming payment. The information is sent back to wpcallback.php on my website...however instead of going to the 'success' page (and the order completing), I get the message: "Thank you for shopping with XXXX shop .... ... Your payment has been cancelled!" however underneath there is the 'success' message from Worldpay: Response from WorldPay: This was NOT a live transaction - no money has changed hands Thank you, your payment was successful Merchant's Reference: osCsid=f2e434b263bba4f016a5f678fabc1454 WorldPay Transaction ID: 161579555 Please contact WorldPay immediately if there has been a problem making your payment. The page then metarefreshes to http://www.xxxx.net/shop/checkout_payment.php (with the items still in there). I have read the entire Worldpay Support III thread, as well as many, many others with even the most tenuous link to the problem, on the offchance that I might find the answer...but no luck. Is there anyone on these boards who has had this same problem, but fixed it themselves? Or perhaps I have overlooked a thread with the answer in it? Thanks for taking the time to read this - and I hope one of you guys can come up with some sort of answer! Laura   Quote

They are really helpful. I'm sorry I can't help much as I too have a problem with the callback. I cannot find out how to establish which page is my 'callback URL' Don't know if you can help.
