I am offering free shipping within the US on orders over $100. thats easy enough. i have also set up a zone that if its an APO or an FPO - AA address then it shows USPS rates. the problem i am having is if the delivery is over $100 and the address is an APO of FPO AA address it shows USPS and free shipping.. i have created new zones so that the free shipping is only for Zone3 (example) and the FPO and APO have been excluded. but when you go to place an order with an APO or FPO it still shows USPS and free shipping.
