mreigle Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Whenever one of my customers tries to check out, they are asked to put their state into the "state" box on checkout (of course). If they put the abbreviation for the state into the box, on the next page they get an error that has a PULLDOWN menu instead of a box to specify the state. If they spell out the name of the state, everything works fine. I want the checkout to be as convenient as possible. What should i do?
