Parse line error in index.php.. must be simply missing something

Again I try to ask... pls help me I have edited the main text in English\Index.php - i tried putting in the missing apostrophe then it still says Parse Error in line 19 (on my home Collagemyphotos.com/store)

You may want to share more of your code because there is nothing wrong with that, that I can see.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /var/www/html/store/index.php on line 19

 

My mistake, Ive put it in the wrong file probably (so many files!), oh no, now what did it say before?
