muskokee Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Hello everyone, I am creating my site pretty much by hand with few contributions and have hit a stumbling block that is really starting to irk me! I have taken the search box and placed it on my page where I want it to go. The position warrents a tight table around the search input and image. I cannot for the life of me make this work. I have gone over my css, box classes, table creation and anything else that I can think of. The last possibility is the pixel_trans.gif. I have commented the gifs out of the box class but am left with unsightly <tr></tr> tags which may be the source of my problem. Does anyone know where I can locate the code that defines the structure of the infobox tables? I have looked high and low but to no avail. :( If you want to see what I mean, please look HERE . I have highlighted the tables with colour so that I could pinpoint the problem...look to the bottom blue section. Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress...and I am a log way from being done. Thanks everyone :D Sheri P.S. I looked through the past messages but the draw separator brings up every post with code in it! I'd be here all year

muskokee Posted March 6, 2006 Author Posted March 6, 2006 boxes in osc are controlled by the catalog\includes\classes\boxes.php Start looking there first. Thanks Enigma. I took another look and if PHP isn't explained to me...I am lost. So, I took the lazy mans route  I checked my page source, copied the form code and simply pasted it where I wanted it. Now my search field and button are centred and I can move on to other issues. Thanks for directing me back to the boxes class php. I did find the table box structure but there was no way I could have altered it! I just am not *that* savvy :o Regards Sheri
