jimmy3323 Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 I have read and read and read the forums and am more confused now as before. I am able to download the product .txt list from "catalog, EP" in admin. I save it as excell file and am able to edit it. Basically what I've done is just copy a row and then change the product model. I then save it a tab delimited and get an error saying it may not be compatible with the type do I wnat to continue. I did. Then I upload it. Am I supposed to see something happen? All I see is the page refresh and then I check my product count and it has not increased. Can someone please give me a hand?
