Since than I can't receive any orders or inquiries. Please advise - what kind of changes he might be done in order to block orders or e-mail from getting to my back office website. Guest Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 If you use an online gateway to process credit cards, see if it is still receiving orders for you. Place an order to see if your cart is working. Go to your admin panel and look in the Send Extra Emails area for your email address. Your programmer may have changed it while testing the shop during his/her changes. May have forgotten to change it back.
