Create customer account with european address

Hi guys, :)

 

At the moment if the customer wants sign up to the database, the personal details in the application wants to ask them for their address. However the settings at the moment are set to america.

 

However....how do you change it, so it looks like this plus editions to the database and code:-

 

Street Address1:  
Street Address2:
Street Address3:	 
City:	
State/Province/County:	
Zip/Postal Code:  
Country:
