digicammad Posted March 4, 2006 Share Posted March 4, 2006 If you are prepared to ship anywhere but need manual intervention on some orders to quote the correct shipping costs how do you handle that through OSC? Ideally, when the order is being placed, if the customer is not in a zone with a pre-calculated shipping cost I would want the checkout process to not go through to the credit card payment automatically but tell the customer that an invoice will be sent to them with the correct shipping included. Is there a way to do this? "Request for Quote" Right now its strictly manual, but there maybe be a confirm and pay online option in the near future. Is there a way to stop it displaying the RFQ shipping option for the GB zone, in the same way as you can for the payment option?
