chamo
Is it possible to configure oscommerce just as a catalog/shopping list? All I want my users to do is to browse the products and then just add them to a shopping list so they can print it out and then come to my store and do their shoppings. I'm not planning on doing any online sales but I want customers to have a nice feature as a shopping list. is this possible at all? can't be that hard, that is my guess anyways. Thanks Chamo

ddp
aanybody please :( Firstly, no bumping its against the forum rules. See the forum rules link at the top of this page. Secondly, the reason no one has answered your question is that your topic does not describe your problem. "can i?" tells us nothing about what you need. You need to make a bit of effort if you want others to help you. Backup before making changes. Backup before making changes! Backup before making changes!! You did do a backup? eh? chamo
sorry, I didn't mean to break the rules. I also think I could've been more explicit with my topic. :-"
Guest
check the wish list contribution and there are also contributions to disable the cart process. So perhaps you could combine them to do this.

Guest
Just to throw this out there: why would a customer go through the trouble of going to your online store, build a list, print it out, then go to your store to buy. Why not streamline everything for your customers and take the order right online? Offer instore pick up maybe. Oscommerce is a great tool, take full advantage of it
