Order Status Updates - Please help, its gotta be easier than this

Hi Guys

 

There has to be a easy way to do this -

 

Our store sells items that sometimes take a while to deliver. I create different ?order status? tabs like ? Order despatched, Order delayed, or Order Manufacture etc. What I need to do is to be able to update all customers with the same order status e.g. ?Order Manufacture? all at once. I could have 20-30 people with this order status and up till now I have to sign in to each account scroll down and update their accounts with the new information manually.

 

Surely there is a way to update all accounts with the same order status at once if the information you are posting is all the same.

 

Any ideas?
