Add a field to customize a product!

Hey group.

First of all thanks for helping each other!

 

Here is my question, Is there any way i can add a text field by each product so the customer can enter words?

I am selling stuff that a customer can personalize his/her name on the item.

 

If you know of an idea, please share it with me.

This is on my to-do list for the next day or two, so if I find anything out I'll let you know.

 

We only have one product that can be personalized, so we could feasibly just have the customer put the information in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box. But I'd like to do a more professional job, so am looking around.
