Products Not Listed In My Confirmation Email

I've searched, but just can't come up with an answer to this issue which has been bugging me since day one. How do I get the products listed on the email I get when I get an order? All it shows is an order number, so I have to go into admin/orders to find out what the person purchased.

 

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Should be working as it's how the osc behaves with the default installation. You could check possible changes in the catalog\checkout_process.php file

Maybe I wasn't clear. The invoice is fine when I look at the orders, however the email I receive doesn't have the product info.

yes I see, you edited somehow the file with the osc filemanager? And it messed up the escape characters. If you have a backup of this file use it. (Or get the osc original file and try it.)

Well, sort of thanks <grin> No, I've never even been in this file before. Sigh. Does anyone have a file I can just paste and copy. I know that's a cop out, but I honestly am tired of burning the midnight oil on this stuff. Please??
