Setup OSC on new server- links to old server during configuration of system

Hello.

I have a unique problem. My client's OSC installation has been taken hostage by a disgruntled developer. My client has asked me to move the store to a new server, and I've begun that process only to discover a few issues. Anyone who can offer a hand, I'd appreciate it.

Issue #1: Database backup through admin has been disabled by Disgruntled Dev. Is there an alternative method to pull a database backup?

Issue #2: I'm currently accessing the new OSC installation (on the new host) via IP address, but set the store up via Fantastico and the domain name www.purefit.com. Whenever I click on ANY link in the admin tools, it ports me to the old site. Example, I'll go to the main admin access page at: http://790.847.901.22/~domainname/store/admin/ and will click "backup" which will take me to: http://www.domainname.com/store/admin/backup.php?... This happens for every link, and it then applies changes to the old site, which I can't do, as that site is live. Is there a way to set up my osc site without the files jumping to the old domain?

Question #3: Is there any straight-forward and simple way to move this osc cart to the new server? I've managed to pull all the files painstakingly through the "File Manager" in osc, so I essentially have a full backup of the cart (sans the db), even though I don't have ftp or other server access.

Obviously, this is a strange situation to be in, and we just need to get the cart replicated on a new server so we can ditch this psycho developer.

1. You can backup the database via phpmyadmin or whatever tool is available in your hosting control panel.

2. You need to edit the admin/includes/configure.php file

3. To move a site follow the steps found
