I am trying to install a copy of osc on to our windows 2003 server with no luck, from the very first step i get the following error

Warning: main(includes/configure.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in c:\domains\joggtc.com\wwwroot\shop2\includes\application_top.php on line 29

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/configure.php' (include_path='c:\php\includes;C:\domains\thedeepshop.co.uk\wwwroot\cerberus-gui\includes') in c:\domains\joggtc.com\wwwroot\shop2\includes\application_top.php on line 29

i did notice an abnormal setting in our path varible within the php.ini, in regards to another domain names software path.

The following are both paths to

1. Shop installation

2. phpinfo file to see out php.ini configuration.

Your 'includes' folder needs to have permissions of at least 706, but probably 755 for the install to be abl to access the configure.php files inside. The configure.php files need to have permissions of 706 (on a Windows server) to be able to write data during the install.
