Quantity Request Exceeding Actual Quantity of Product

Whenever a potential customer requests an item, and wishes to recieve more than the amount that is shown in stock, this message appears at the bottom of the Shopping Cart screen:

Products marked with *** dont exist in desired quantity in our stock.

You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate deliver in the checkout process.

All of my products are hand-made at the time of order, and I do not wish for this message to appear, ever. How would I go about preventing it?

osc admin->Configuration->Stock->Check Stock level to false along with every other parameter that's not applicable for your store.
