Name not showing up in Cart

I have been modifying code most of the day to fit my needs. Unfortunately, now my shopping cart is showing everything but the product names. I have a custom option that shows up fine. The cart recognizes the price and quanity... but there is no product name associated with it (at least that is displayed).

 

Anyone done this too and fixed it?
