Image upload form in product_info.php

Hi

 

I am new to php but I tried anyway. What I am trying to do is add an image upload form to product_info.php I want my customers to be able to upload an image. The image will be placed on the product they are buying.

I tried to add some pre made php forms (ezupload) and I could get them to show up on the page but when you click upload image it takes you to add to cart page and never uploaded the photo. Anyone know how I could do this or if someone can do it for a fee please let me know.

So can it be done? I spent 3 days trying to get it to work but no luck.
