Internal Server Error - Admin

Hi -

 

With a fresh install of OsCommerce, I am not able to access the ADMIN panel.

 

Here is my server info:

 

Apache/1.3.27 Server

MySQL 3.23.58

 

 

Here is my error message

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

 

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I should also add :

 

The catalog section shows up fine.

 

I have not modified the .htaccess file.

 

And I have changed around permissions
