CSS Buttons with Basic Design Pack

I have installed the CSS buttons Mod with the Basic Design Pack, but am still getting a few Default browser buttons turning up. In particular when viewing the products. Instead of 'Buy Now' css button which appears most other places i get a default 'Add to Basket' button in the browser styling

 

Likewise, Tell aFriend, Search, Continue and a few others are the browser default styling, not the CSS style of the others.....

 

Brain is now hurting after much investigation with no avail.....
