Product Page Load

I am new at all this tech stuff. I have a problem with my catalog product pages. On the left hand side of my

store I have the categories of products listed and when a category is selected it takes you to the group of items but the first page does not show. You need to use the back or previous page for all of the items to show up on the product pages.

 

Hope this makes sense to someone. I bought a template from someone online and he loaded the catalog for me. Everything seems to work fine except the paging.

 

Please someone help me. The guy that loaded the template does not know how to fix the problem.

You might have a cache problem as I just visited your site and it seems to work fine.

You might want to have a look at the picture on your home page though. It's addressed back to your documents folder. If you right click it and go to properties you'll see what I mean. It should be in your catalog/images folder or at least address it to where ever the picture file is.

Thank you for your reply. I do not understand what you mean about the images on home page. Do you mean the heading?

 

What I was asking if you go to www.edwinearl.com and you click on the category earrings. You will see earrings in the product page. If you click next you will see page 2. If you click previous page back to page 1 you will see gold earrings that are the first item that I have listed in my catalog admin as the first product under the earring category. The products do not show up unless you use the back or previous page feature. I hope this makes sense to you.

I think I am having a similar problem (if not the same).

 

When I first go into one of my categories, it says "There are no products to list in this category" but once I refresh the page or go back and then forward it will display all the products in the category.

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Clear your IE Cache. I set mine to 1mb. cause i am on broadband it is fast enough to download the pics every time.

I don't think it's an issue with my browser cache.

I tried clearing it and I still have the same problem.

 

I have tested the site on different computers with the same results.

It didn't work for me but give it a try.

 

In Internet Explorer,

 

Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files and Delete Cookies.

It will take a while.
