Guest Posted March 1, 2006 Share Posted March 1, 2006 Hi, osCommerce looks like a great software, but I was wondering if any of you could help me answer a few questions before I try installing it. 1. Does osCommerce have any problems with GoDaddy hosting accounts? (I'm stuck with GoDaddy) 2. I have my own credit card machine, is it possible to use it with this software? 3. Should I get an SSl certificate before I install this software? I can not tell you if they have issues or not but I have seen it mentioned quite a few times. 2. yes 3. before or after doesn't matter but if you add it after then you will need to edit the 2 configure.php files, one in the store one in admin.
