webination Posted March 1, 2006 Share Posted March 1, 2006 I have tried to use the thread for this topic but it is difficult to follow so I thought I had better just open a new one here. I have tried to install the Recover Cart Sales but I found the step by step process very confusing. I am not sure what MS1 and MS2 refers to. I am at the stage where I think I have everything installed but no data is showing up in my scart table. Any ideas as to what the problem is. I have seen a post that says I should run the tool.
