Just finished loading products AND THEY ARE GONE

I need HELP! :blink:

 

I finished loading products into a category on my site and by mistake deleted the whole category with all the items in it...is there ANY way possible to recover them? Or is this impossible??

if you have a backup then you could. Or if you or your host has a regular backup of the database you could retrieve it from your host's cpanel.
