SSL no padlock, admin not secure either

I just changed to a dedicated IP address for my website, had host server install the SSL cert.

 

I cannot figure out how to make just the checkout process secure and nothing else.

 

And in the admin panel, it still says : you are using a non-secure connection (something like that).

 

Help!?

I had also changed the DEFINE line in configure.php to show HTTPS://www.hostsite.com
