Don't charge until order ships?

I'm setting up my first osCommerce site for a friend, and he's told me that he is not authorized to charge the customer's credit card until the order has shipped. He has an authorize.net account, which is great because I can just plug it in, but is there a way to delay the actual credit card transaction until the product is shipped?

Try setting it from "Sale" to "authorize" and then manually processing it when it ships?

Where do I set this? I don't see that as an option next to the authorize.net Module
