admin and password

I changed my website from one host to another,

it keeps asking for login and password in a popup.

 

where do i change this ?

It is most likely a .htaccess file in admin. See if your new host has a way to change this from your control panel. Otherwise, search the forums for htaccess for links to sites that will allow you to do this.
