People ordering under other peoples accounts

Hi,

 

On my store that ive had going for a couple weeks (about 72 customers total) there is a major problem with the ordering process.

 

For example this is what one guy sent us..

 

"Hi,

 

We tryed to complete the order for our items, and we ended up on the account

of someone else with a different shipping address. Plus even though we didn't received any confirmation of purchase, when I tryed to order item for me to start it all over from the beginning,

the total of the purchases was already 3 items"

 

 

And it has happened a couple times before. Can anyone please give some insight to this problem? Thanks

This is usually causef by the these settings in your includes/configure.php file

 define('USE_PCONNECT', 'false'); 
 define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'mysql');

Set them as shown. You chould also check if you have cache and session paths enabled. If so, be sure the parths used are specific to the shop.
